Organic Reishi mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum) fruiting body  20:1 extract, vegan capsule shell emulsifier hydroxypropyl-methylcellulose, inulin Frutafit IQ, ashwa-gandha (Withania somnifera) root powder, Holy Basil (Ocimum sanctum) leaf 15:1 extract (Ocimum basilicum, 2,5% ursolic acid), Lemon Balm (Melissa officialis) leaf 10:1 extract, anti-caking agent magnesium stearate.

Recommended dosage

3 capsules per day (recommended in the afternoon or evening), which includes:

  • 1000mg of Reishi (organic)
  • 250mg of Ashwagandha
  • 150mg of Holy Basil
  • 100mg of Lemon Balm
