Consumer Game Rules

1. The consumer game is organized by Shroomwell OÜ during the period 10 November 2025.
   
   
2. The prize of the game is 5 × Biohacker Combo (https://shroomwell.com/products/bundle-biohacker-a).
   
   
3. The prize draw will take place on 13 November 2025, and the winner will be notified by email.
   
   
4. If the organizer is unable to contact the winner by email (for reasons not caused by the organizer), Shroomwell OÜ is not responsible for the delivery of the prize.
   
   
5. Shroomwell OÜ may use participants’ contact details to send newsletters and offers. Participants may unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time.
   
   
6. Shroomwell OÜ does not share participants’ information or contact details with any third parties.
   
   
7. In the event of a breach of rules, misuse, or force majeure, Shroomwell OÜ reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the consumer game at any time and to withhold or cancel the prize draw or delivery, notifying participants by email.
   
   
8. All disputes arising from this campaign shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
