Shake and prime the pump few times before first use, replace cap afterwards. Rinse nozzle when congested.
Recommended dosage 5 sprays taken directly before bedtime under the tongue or inside of the cheek.
The recommended course length is 2 weeks and the minimum period between two courses is 2 weeks.
