33ml chaga extract of which 9g is chaga, 4.3g is wild blueberry juice concentrate and 0.04 g is ginger.

Recommended dosage

Adult dose of 25ml to be consumed before meals 1-2 times a day. The recommended daily intake for adults is 50ml. 1 tbsp~15ml.

Dosage for children: Not recommended for children under 12 years old!
