For adults, the maximum daily dose of the tincture is 2 ml i.e. 3 pipettes, once a day. The best way to intake the tincture is to drop it directly from the pipette under the tongue, but it can also be added to any preferred drinks like coffee, tea or smoothie.
Dosage for children: Not recommended for children under 12 years old!
