The daily amount of 50 ml contains

40.3 ml chaga extract, of which 5.6 g is black pepper fruit, 3 g is chaga and 1.5 g is shiitake.

Adult dose of 25 ml to be consumed before meals 1-2 times a day. The recommended daily intake for adults is 50 ml. 1 tbsp~15ml.
